旋流帷幕除尘器的机理分析及实验研究

Mechanical analysis and experimental study on swirling curtain dust collector

  • 摘要: 针对传统湿式除尘器运行过程中具有除尘效率较低、阻力大、耗水量大等缺点,研制了一种采用旋流雾化除尘与喷雾帷幕除尘相结合的新型旋流帷幕除尘器。分析了该除尘装置的工作原理和除尘机理,并对该除尘装置的性能指标进行实验研究,研究结果表明:该除尘器喷雾装置采用超声雾化器和压力式喷雾器组合结构,有效提高了除尘效率。超声雾化器工作的最佳条件是:气压0.35 MPa,水量30 L/h;旋流帷幕除尘器最佳液气比为0.15 L/m3。综合考虑除尘效率和阻力因素,该除尘器运行时最佳风速为14~16 m/s。同时该除尘器采用轴向双旋流除尘结构,运行阻力小、除尘效率高、对总粉尘的除尘效率大于99.8%,对呼吸性粉尘的除尘效率达到97%以上。

     

    Abstract: Traditional wet dust collector has the shortcomings of low dust efficiency,high resistance and large water consumption in the process of its operation,a new swirling curtain dust collector has been developed,which combined the atomizing dust removal and the spray curtain dust removal. This paper analyzes the working principle and mechanism of the dust removal device,and makes experimental research on its performance. The results show that the spray device uses the combination structure of ultrasonic atomizer and pressure type sprayer and the dust efficiency is improved significantly. The optimum operation conditions of ultrasonic atomizer are that the pressure is 0. 35 MPa,water consumption is 30 L/h,and the optimized liquid to gas ratio of swirling curtain dust collector is 0. 15 L/m3. Considering dust efficiency and resistance factors,the optimized wind speed of the dust collector is 14-16 m/s. And it adopts an axial double cyclone dust structure,so it has the advantages of small resistance and high efficiency of dust removal. Its dust removal efficiency is more than 99. 8% for the total dust,and 97% for breathing dust.
