高温下混煤燃烧挥发分与焦炭交互作用及评价方法

Interaction of volatiles and char during the combustion of coal blends at high temperature and its evaluation method

  • 摘要: 利用自制恒温热重实验系统,对几种典型煤种混煤试样进行恒定高温下的燃烧动力学实验,研究了掺混比、煤种、温度等因素对混煤燃烧过程中挥发分与焦炭交互作用的影响。该实验系统能近似模拟煤粉炉中煤粉突然喷入炉内高温燃烧情况,实现恒定高温下煤粉实时质量监测从而推算燃烧动力学。结果表明:随着新疆褐煤掺混比例的增加,燃烧速率升高,燃烬时间缩短。煤粉挥发分与焦炭燃烧存在时间上的重叠,并不是完全独立的两个过程。利用球对称收缩核模型描述高温下混煤燃烧过程,实验曲线与模拟曲线重合度较高。混煤在高温下燃烧挥发分与焦炭产生了显著的交互作用,简单加权方法由于未考虑这种交互作用,与实验曲线存在明显出入。通过改变高挥发分煤所占权重,提出了一种改进加权方法,重合度较高,且优于动力学模型。

     

    Abstract: The effects of blending ratios,coal types and temperature on the dynamic interaction of volatiles and char during the combustion of typical coal blends were investigated using a customized thermogravimetric analysis system at a constant high temperature. The combustion dynamic parameters were calculated according to real-time quality monitoring at a constant high temperature by this system which can approximately simulate the situation that the pulverized coal was suddenly injected into the furnace. The results show that increasing lignite blending ratio can improve the burning rate and reduce the burnout time of coal blends. Meanwhile the combustion process of volatiles and char overlaps,which is not completely independent. Simultaneously,a spherically symmetric shrinking core model was used to describe the combustion process of coal blends at high temperature. The simulated profiles and experimental profiles could be fitted well. Moreover,it could also be noted that the distinct interaction appeared during the combustion of coal blends at high temperature,and the simple weighted curves,which do not coincide with experimental profiles, could not describe the process. Consequently,an improved weighted method was proposed by changing the weight of high volatile coal to predict the combustion characteristics of coal blends based on those of single coal. This method had more practical significance than dynamic model due to its higher fitness.
