供气压力对煤矿井下气水喷雾降尘的影响
Influence of air supply pressure on the air-water spraying dust-settling in underground coal mine

摘要: 为了分析供气压力对煤矿井下气水喷雾降尘的影响,基于自行设计的气水喷雾降尘试验平台,采用多普勒相位干涉仪与粉尘浓度测定仪对不同供气压力下的气水喷雾雾化特性和降尘效率进行测定。结果表明:随着供气压力的增加,耗气量几乎呈线性增加,而耗水量几乎呈线性递减;雾滴粒径随着供气压力的增加而不断减小,但当供气压力达到某一值后,继续提高供气压力,雾滴粒径变化不明显;雾滴平均速度与数密度均随着供气压力的增加呈现先增加后减小的变化规律,而空间水含量则随着供气压力的增加持续下降;随着供气压力的增加,气水喷雾对全尘和呼吸性粉尘的降尘效率均先升高后降低;在采掘工作面进行气水喷雾降尘时,供气压力即不能过高也不能过低,为确保全尘和呼吸性粉尘的降尘效率,应选择与供水压力较为接近的供气压力。Abstract: In order to study the air-water spraying dust-settling affected by air supply pressure in underground coal mine,the Phase Doppler Interferometer (PDI) and dust concentration determinator were used to make a systematic measurement on the atomization characteristics and dust suppression efficiency for different air supply pressures based on the experimental system designed by the authors. The study results indicate that with the increase in air supply pressure,the air consumption shows an almost linear growth,and the water consumption decreases almost linearly. The particle size decreases with the increase of air supply pressure,and changes slightly when the air supply reaches a certain value. With the change of air supply pressure,both the average velocity and number density of droplet increase first and then decrease,and the liquid water content (LWC) reduces continuously. The efficiencies of reducing both total dust and respirable dust increase first and then decrease as the air supply pressure rises. The air supply pressure should not be too high and too low,the air supply pressure close to the water supply pressure should be selected,which can maintain the dust suppression efficiency of total dust and respirable dust.
