浅埋深厚松散层综放工作面支架工作阻力下限值的确定

Setting of lower limit value of working resistance of top coal caving hydraulic supports at fully-mechanized top coal caving working face under shallow buried and thick unconsolidated overburden

  • 摘要: 采用相似模拟和理论分析相结合的方法对浅埋深厚松散层综放工作面覆岩结构特征及支架工作阻力下限值的确定进行了研究。研究发现:当采厚和基岩层厚度相同、松散层厚度不同时,浅埋深厚松散层特厚煤层综放工作面覆岩均以“组合悬臂梁-铰接岩梁-拱”的结构形式存在;基于该覆岩结构模型计算得出了浅埋深厚松散层特厚煤层综放开采支架工作阻力下限值的解析计算式。现场应用结果表明:支架工作阻力解析式计算合理,依此确定的支架架型能够满足支护顶板的要求。

     

    Abstract: Through both analog simulation and theoretical analysis,the authors studied the features of overlying rocks structure and lower limit value of working resistance of hydraulic supports at fully mechanized working face under shallow buried and thick unconsolidated strata. The research results show that when mining thickness and thickness of bed rock strata at different working faces are same,while the thickness of unconsolidated strata over them is different,the overlying rock strata over the top coal caving working face under shallow buried and thick unconsolidated overburden all exist in the structure of “ combined cantilever-hinged rock beams-arch”. Based on the model of such overburden structure,the paper calculated analytic formula on the lower limit value of working resistance of hydraulic supports at top coal caving working face for ultra-thick coal seams under shallow buried and thick unconsolidated overburden. The field application results indicate that the analytic formulation for working resistance of hydraulic supports is properly calculated. The working resistance set with the formulation suit well to roof conditions of working faces.
