水射流卸压增透堵孔诱因及解堵新方法

Plugging factor and new plugging method to hydraulic relieving stress

  • 摘要: 在松软煤层中采用水射流割缝、水力冲孔强化瓦斯抽采时,经常出现堵孔、抱钻等现象。为解决此问题,提出破煤、清淤及排渣一体化方法及装置。通过水压控制流道方向,使高压水破煤卸压或清淤排渣。在分析堵孔、抱钻原因关键因素的基础上,基于连续介质模型,对钻孔内钻杆进行受力分析,研究抱钻力学机制,得出了发生抱钻时,钻机扭矩与堵孔长度、钻孔参数的力学关系式。在分析钻孔内水射流流场的基础上,研究了射流清淤排渣临界参数,得出清淤喷嘴临界安装位置;并研制出破煤、清淤及排渣一体化装置和工艺。现场试验应用结果表明该方法能有效消除水射流卸压增透过程中出现的堵孔、抱钻现象。

     

    Abstract: The phenomenon of blocking hole and drill holding often occurs when using water jet cutting,and hydraulic punching to enhance the gas drainage in soft coal seams. To solve such problems,a device and an integrated method for breaking coal,dredging and slagging are developed in this paper. Through controlling the direction of water with water pressure,the high pressure water is used to break coal and relief pressure or dredge slag. Based on the analysis of the causes of plugging holes,according to the continuous medium model,the force of the drill pipe was analyzed and the mechanics mechanism of holding and drilling were investigated. The relationship between the torque of drilling rig and the length of the hole and the parameters of the hole is obtained. Based on the analysis of the water jet drilling,the critical parameters of jet dredging slag were studied,and the critical nozzle installation position of dredging was ob- tained. In addition,a coal breaking,dredging and discharging device and its integration process were developed. Ac- cording to the field test,the new method can effectively eliminate the hydraulic pressure relief in the process of the e- mergence of plugging hole,and holding drill.
