Role of thermal decomposition products of NH4H2 PO4 powder in gas explosion

  • 摘要: NH4H2PO4粉体的吸热分解热效应一直被认为是NH4H2PO4粉体抑爆的重要原因。为了进一步揭示NH4H2PO4粉体吸热分解后对甲烷爆炸的作用,采用自主改进的XKWB-1型20 L近球型密闭式气体爆炸实验系统,测试NH4H2PO4粉体热分解产物氨气和五氧化二磷加入后的甲烷爆炸压力参数,分析NH4H2PO4粉体热分解产物对甲烷爆炸过程的影响。结果表明:NH4H2PO4粉体热分解产物氨气和五氧化二磷对甲烷爆炸过程的影响均呈现出了一定的弱化作用,且氨气对高体积分数甲烷爆炸弱化效果更明显。另外,分解产物氨气对甲烷爆炸的弱化作用明显大于五氧化二磷,这一贡献对比对于高体积分数的甲烷更加显著。

     

    Abstract: The thermal decomposition effect of amino poly phosphate powder is considered to be an important reason for its explosion suppression feature. To reveal the effect of amino poly phosphate(NH4 H2 PO4 ) powder on the inhibi- tion of methane explosion,the author investigated the effect of thermal decomposition products(ammonia and phosphor- us pentoxide)of NH4 H2 PO4 powder on the methane explosive process. A test with the self-improved 20 L spherical gas explosion experimental system of XKWB-1 was conducted to test the influence that these two products would have on the process of methane explosive individually,and a comparative analysis of two products’ influence level on the in- hibiting process was carried out. The result shows that the thermal decomposition products( ammonia and phosphorus pentoxide)of NH4 H2 PO4 powder have a certain weakened effect on methane explosion,and the weakened effect of NH3 (one thermal decomposition product) is greater than the weakened effect of P2 O5 ( another thermal decomposition product),this appearance is even more significant for the high volume fraction of methane.
