Wear rule of the middle trough in armoured conveyor under severe condition

  • 摘要: 针对严酷工况影响刮板输送机中部槽磨损规律的复杂问题,开展中部槽中板与煤、矸石、水等混合物料的磨损试验,利用统计学原理、交互作用技术和现代摩擦学理论对获得的试验数据进行研究与分析。结果表明:中板磨损量随接触压力、滑动速度的增加而增加,在接触压力较低时,磨损量变化比较剧烈,但当接触压力超过0.004 9 MPa时,变化趋于平缓,在接触压力、滑动速度一定的情况下,磨损量随水、煤、矸石比例升高而减少;中板的磨损机制主要为磨粒磨损、黏着磨损、腐蚀磨损和疲劳磨损,分布在磨损机制分布图的轻度、中度及重度磨损区内,在接触压力分别为0.004 9,0.005 7 MPa,滑动速度分别为1.48,1.9 m/s时,磨损分区及其机制发生了过渡。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the complicated problems of the wear rule of middle trough of the armoured conveyor under severe condition, the wear test between middle pan with the mixture of the coal, gangue and water is carried out.Using the statistical principle, the interaction technology and the modern friction, the experimental data obtained were studied and analyzed.The results show that the wear loss increases with the increase of contact pressure and sliding speed.When the contact pressure is low, the wear change is more intense, but when the contact pressure exceeds 0.004 9 MPa, the variation tends to be gentle.Under the constant contact pressure and sliding speed, the wear loss decreases with the increasing ratio of water, coal and gangue; The wear mechanism of the plate are mainly abrasive wear, adhesive wear, corrosion wear and fatigue wear, distributed in the mild, moderate and severe wear region of wear mechanism distribution diagram of middle pan.When the contact pressure is 0.004 9, 0.005 7 MPa, and sliding velocity is 1.48 m/s, 1.9 m/s respectively, the wear region and its mechanism of middle pan change.
