Abstract:
Based on the design method of induction motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor, the design algorithm of permanent magnet induction motor (PMIM) was studied and the motor were optimized.By using the equivalent magnetic circuit method, the basic relevant electromagnetic parameters of the motor were determined.The finite element method was used to solve the difficulties in the parameter design of the double squirrel cage rotor, and provided the reasonable parameter optimization range.The experimental orthogonal matrix was established by Taguchi method, and then the structural parameters were preliminarily screened by solving the experimental matrix.The mathematical model of the relationship between the steady running index and the optimum parameters was established by the response surface method, then the optimal design was accomplished by solving it.Finally, the performance of the optimized motor was compared with ordinary induction motor by finite element method.The correctness of the above design and optimization method and the superiority of the PMIM were verified, which provides a valuable reference for the analysis and design of the PMIM.
