矿井巷道淋湿蒸发换热系数构建及风流温度计算

Construction of air flow heat transfer coefficient and calculation of airflow temperature in mine wet roadway

  • 摘要: 针对全矿井网域系统巷道围岩与风流热-湿交换计算复杂的问题,提出构建淋湿巷道风流换热系数模型,根据现场实测风流相对湿度,掌握矿井(进风侧)风流湿度变化规律,反向推演确定井巷水蒸发影响下风流与巷道围岩热交换的模型,修正围岩与风流的换热系数;用风量加权距离描述实际矿井网域风流相对湿度变化规律。结合九道岭矿实例,将算法纳入到矿井网络系统中,在MATLAB平台上运用TF1M3D对全矿井网域系统风流温度进行仿真求解。研究表明,巷道淋水蒸发吸热对井巷风流温度影响很大,主进风井段风流温度增加0.97℃,变化幅度不大,随着湿度增大风流温度递增变化幅度增大,与九道岭矿进风大巷测定结果吻合。将该算法纳入网络体系计算中,可解决3D矿井模型通风系统热害防治温度分布仿真及自然风压自动计算问题。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the calculation of the heat and moisture exchange between the surrounding rock and the air flow is difficult to be realized in the whole mine domain system,a model of the airflow heat transfer coeffi- cient of the wet roadway is put forward. According to the measured relative humidity of airflow in the field,the change law of the airflow humidity in the mine intake airflow is obtained. The model of the heat exchange between the airflow and the surrounding rock under the influence of water evaporation in the roadway is then determined by reverse deduc- tion,and the heat transfer coefficient between the surrounding rock and the airflow is corrected. The variation law of airflow relative humidity in actual mines is described by the weighted distance of air volume. Based on the case study in Jiudaoling Mine,the algorithm is incorporated into the mine ventilation network system,and TF1M3D is used to sim- ulate the airflow temperature of the whole mine domain system on MATLAB platform. Research shows that the water evaporation of the roadway has a great influence on the airflow temperature,and the airflow temperature in the main intake air shaft section is increased by 0. 97 ℃ ,the variation range is not significant. With the increase of humidity, the variation of airflow temperature increases gradually. The results are in agreement with the measured results of the Jiudaoling Mine. The algorithm is included in the calculation of the network system,which can solve the problems of the temperature distribution simulation and the automatic calculation of the natural ventilation pressure in the thermal hazard prevention of the 3D mine model ventilation system.
