煤矿典型动力灾害风险精准判识及监控预警关键技术研究进展

摘要: 新一轮能源变革正在孕育,互联网+及智能化发展势头强劲,在总结我国煤矿典型动力灾害预防存在主要问题及思考煤矿监控预警如何面对新一轮科技创新的基础上,提出了煤矿典型动力灾害风险精准判识及监控预警新理念与关键技术。煤矿典型动力灾害风险精准判识及监控预警是在煤炭精准开采的理念指导下,基于多相多场耦合灾变孕育演化机理,利用灾害前兆信息采集传感与多网融合传输技术、多源海量前兆信息提取挖掘方法,能够实现煤矿典型动力灾害前兆信息深度感知、风险精准判识及监控预警的新模式新方法。该模式能够实现煤矿监控预警由传统的经验型、定性型向精准型、定量型转变,全面提升我国煤矿典型动力灾害风险判识及监控预警能力。凝练了煤矿典型动力灾害风险精准判识及监控预警的4个关键科学问题和8个主要研究方向,围绕基础理论研究、关键技术开发和预警平台搭建,重点阐述了12个方面的研究进展,为实现冲击地压、煤与瓦斯突出和煤岩瓦斯复合动力灾害隐患在线监测、智能判识、实时精准预警提供了技术路径。Abstract: As a new round of energy revolution is pregnant and the Internet plus era and intelligence development are intensified,the new concept and key technologies of precise risk identification and monitoring early warning of typical dynamic disasters in coal mine are proposed by summarizing the main problems of coal mine typical dynamic disasters prevention in China and investigating how coal mine monitoring early warning copes with the advent of a new round of science and technology innovation. By means of technologies including disaster precursor information acquisition and sensing,multi network fusion transmission and multi-source mass precursor information extraction mining,precise risk identification and monitoring early warning of coal mine typical dynamic disasters is proposed as a new future mining mode and method integrating intelligent mining technique with precursor information depth perception,precise risk identification and monitoring early warning of typical dynamic disasters in coal mine. The mode is based on the con- cept of precise coal mining and evolution mechanism of multiphase multi-field coupling catastrophic. It is able to pro- mote the transformation of the coal mine monitoring early warning from a traditional empirical and qualitative to a pre- cise and quantitative sector,which could comprehensively improve risk identification and monitoring early warning a- bility of China’s coal mine typical dynamic disasters. The research proposes four key scientific problems and eight ma- jor research directions for precise risk identification and monitoring early warning of coal mine typical dynamic disas- ters,and focuses on the research progress of twelve aspects based on basic theory research,key technology development and early warning platform construction. Therefore,it directs the technology route for online monitoring,intelligent i- dentification and real-time precision warning of coal burst,coal and gas outburst and coal-rock gas compound dynamic disaster.
