考虑块体组成的排土场边坡对振动作用响应模拟

Simulation study on vibration response of dump slope considering block composition

  • 摘要: 为了研究排土场边坡在振动作用下的稳定性与滑移启动规律,利用自主研发的块体堆积散体边坡稳定性模拟试验装置对河曲露天煤矿内排土场进行相似模拟试验,对比分析了不同块体组成与振动频率条件下边坡稳定性状态及滑坡启动模式。模型以标高为+1 004.0 m的第1台阶平盘为界,+1 004.0 m以上平均粒径1.05 mm,+1 004.0 m以下平均粒径9.26 mm,试验过程中振动频率逐级递增,递增幅度为5 Hz,以10 Hz为起始频率直至40 Hz时试验结束,模拟现场爆破地震波在传播过程中振动频率的差异以及不同的振动烈度,采用加速度传感器采集试验台在试验各个阶段xyz三个方向的加速度数据,绘制加速度时程曲线并拟合。试验结果表明:在10~20 Hz时,排土场边坡能基本保持稳定,而20 Hz的振动频率使第2台阶最先表现为大范围坡面块体滑移; 当20~40 Hz时模型处于持续破坏状态,说明20 Hz的振动频率为排土场边坡保持稳定的极限振动频率。在低频率高振幅的状态下,块体大于5 mm的颗粒运动以滚动为主; 在高频率低振幅的状态下,坡面上大块度物料的运动主要依靠小块体滑动摩擦带动与推动,边坡表面物料小块体滑移运动的方式以滑动为主; 通过对比试验结果分析,合适的块度区配可以提高排土场散体边坡的稳定性,增加散体边坡对振动的抵抗能力,这为露天矿山在排土工作采用粗细物料混合排弃提供了依据,并可后续研究维持排土场边坡的最佳粗细物料比例。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the stability of the dump slope under vibration and the law of slip initiation, an analogue simulation test was carried out on the dumping site in the Hequ open-pit coal mine by using the self-developed block-distributed bulk slope stability simulation test device.The stability status of slope and the startup mode of landslide under different block compositions and vibration frequencies were compared and analyzed.The model is bounded by a first step flat with an elevation of +1 004.0 m.The average particle size is 1.05 mm above +1 004.0 m and 9.26 mm below +1 004.0 m.The vibration frequency increases step by step during the test and the increment is 5 Hz.The test ends with a starting frequency of 10 Hz up to 40 Hz.It is used to simulate the difference of vibration frequency and different vibration intensity during the propagation of seismic waves on site.The accelerometer is used to collect the acceleration data of the test bench in the three directions of x, y and z at each stage of the test and plot the acceleration time history curve and fit it.The test results show that at 10-20 Hz, the dump slope can be basically stable.The vibration frequency of 20 Hz makes the second step first appear as a large-scale slope block slip.The model is in a state of continuous destruction when 20-40 Hz.It shows that the vibration frequency of 20 Hz is the limit vibration frequency for the slope of the dumping site.In the low frequency and high amplitude state, the particle motion of the block larger than 5 mm is mainly rolling.In the state of high frequency and low amplitude, the movement of large-scale materials on the slope mainly relies on the sliding friction of small blocks to drive and push, and the sliding mode of the material on the surface of the slope is mainly sliding.By comparing the test results, the appropriate block degree can improve the stability of the bulk slope of the dumping site and increase the resistance of the bulk slope to vibration.This provides a basis for the open pit mine to use the mixing of coarse and fine materials in the dumping work.The proportion of the best coarse and fine materials for maintaining the slope of the dump site can be studied in succession.
