基于多孔射流冲击的高水基过滤器反冲洗技术研究

Research on backwashing technology of high water-based filter based on multihole jet impact

  • 摘要: 为了提升高水基过滤器的反冲洗清洁效果,确保综采液压支架各个执行元件的正常工作,应用水射流清洗技术设计了1种工作循环分为过滤和反冲洗两种状态的旋转式反冲洗过滤器,分析了滤饼在滤芯基体表面的沉积形成过程及受到射流冲击后的破碎脱落机理,建立了滤芯表面射流打击压力和旋转离心力的数学模型。利用Fluent 6DOF动网格模型研究了入射角度、孔距和孔径等关键射流参数对滤芯射流打击压力和滤芯转速特性的影响规律,探讨反冲洗U型管多孔射流对滤饼的破坏能力。为验证仿真结果的可靠性,根据仿真确定的最佳射流参数,模拟煤矿井下的工作环境等因素,对反冲洗过滤器进行了定性反冲洗试验。结果表明:随着入射角度和射流孔径的增大,滤芯上的打击压力和转速都是先增大后减小;滤芯转速随射流孔距的增大有继续上升的趋势,滤芯上的打击压力随孔距增大表现为先增大后减小。在射流入射角度为24°、射流孔径为1.5 mm、孔距为19.6 mm、U型管两侧管线各均布20个射流孔时,滤芯的转速最大且较为稳定。滤芯上的最大打击压力约为0.1 MPa,滤芯受射流冲击旋转2 s后,转速稳定在8 r/s。试验完成后拆解反冲洗过滤器可观察到滤芯表面的杂质被清洗干净,多孔射流反冲洗技术可以有效清洗过滤器滤芯表面沉积的滤饼。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the backwashing cleaning effect of high water based filter and ensure the normal operation of each actuator of fully mechanized mining hydraulic support, a water jet cleaning technology was used to design a rotary backwashing filter with a working cycle divided into two states: filtration and backwashing.The deposition process of filter cake on the surface of the filter element matrix and the mechanism of crushing and removing after the impact were analyzed.The mathematical model of the jet striking pressure and the rotating centrifugal force on the surface of the filter element were established.Using Fluent 6DOF moving grid model, the effects of key jet parameters such as incident angle, jet hole spacing and aperture on the jet strike pressure and the rotational speed characteristics of the filter element were studied.The destructive capacity of backwashing U-shaped tube multi-hole jet to filter cake was discussed.In order to verify the reliability of the simulation results, the qualitative test of the backwashing filter was carried out according to the best jet parameters determined by the simulation and the working environment of underground coal mine.The results show that with the increase of the incident angle and the jet aperture, the striking pressure and the rotational speed of the filter element increase first and then decrease.The rotational speed of the filter element continues to increase with the increase of jet hole spacing, and the striking pressure on the filter element increases first and then decreases with the increase of the jet hole spacing.When the jet incident angle is 24 degrees, the jet aperture is 1.5 mm, the jet hole spacing is 19.6 mm, and the 20 jet holes are uniformly distributed on both sides of the U-shaped tube, the filter element has the largest and stable rotation speed.The maximum impact pressure on the filter element is about 0.1 MPa.After the filter element is rotated by jet impingement for 2 seconds, the rotation speed is stable at 8 r/s.After the test, the backwashing filter is disassembled and observed that the deposition on the filter element surface have been cleaned.The multi-hole jet backwashing technology can effectively clean the filter cake deposited on the surface of filter element.
