微纳米无机注浆材料研发与应用

Research and application of micro-nano inorganic grouting materials

  • 摘要: 随着煤矿开采深度的增加,千米深井巷道围岩大变形控制难题急需解决,提出了支护-改性-卸压“三位一体”协同控制技术,其中注浆“改性”环节要求注浆材料具有高渗透性和早强性。以硫铝酸盐水泥熟料、石膏、石灰为主要原料,通过优化配比和超细粉磨方法研发了具有早强、高渗透性的微纳米无机注浆材料,测试了材料粒径、比表面积、抗压强度、泌水率和凝结时间;采用自制的注浆模拟系统测试了微纳米无机注浆材料注浆加固煤体效果;在中煤新集口孜东矿进行了现场应用。材料性能实验结果表明,硫铝酸盐水泥熟料、石膏、石灰三者最优质量比为10∶8∶2,经超细化加工,材料粒径达到6.7 μm,比表面积为1 200 m2/kg,达到微纳米级别;水灰比为1.0时,6 h抗压强度达到6.8 MPa,泌水率低至2.8%,初凝时间为10 min。煤体注浆加固模拟实验结果表明,注浆前后煤样强度提高24.4%;现场工程应用结果表明,注浆前后锚杆拉拔力提高了81.3%,浆液大量填充煤体裂隙,提高了煤体完整性,扫描电镜观察说明浆液可以通过10 μm裂隙,渗透性良好。与传统水泥基注浆材料相比,微纳米无机注浆材料具有更高的渗透性和早期强度;与有机化学注浆材料相比,微纳米无机注浆材料为无机矿物材料,不燃,具有更低的成本和使用安全性。

     

    Abstract: As the depth of coal mining has increased gradually,the large-deformation issue of the strata of roadways at 1 000 m deep or more needs to be solved urgently. The strata control and intelligent mining technology in coal mines at 1 000 m deep,a national key research and invention program,proposes a “three-in-one” cooperative control technology, which is for bolting-grouting-destressing of coal mine roadways. The key point for the modification of grouting is that the specific modified material should possess high permeability and early strength. In this study,a kind of micro-nano inor- ganic grouting material has been developed using raw materials including sulphoaluminate cement clinker,gypsum and lime,in combination with the optimization of the mixing ratio and ultra-fine grinding methods. The particle size,specific surface area,compressive strength,bleeding rate and setting time of this material have been tested. The self-made grou- ting simulation system was used to test the effect of micro-nano inorganic grouting materials strengthening the coal body. Finally,this modified material was put into field application in Kouzidong Mine,China. The experimental results of mate- rial performance show that the optimal mass ratio of sulphoaluminate cement clinker to gypsum to lime is 10 ∶ 8 ∶ 2. After ultra-fine processing,the particle size of the material reaches 6. 7 μm,and the specific surface area is 1 200 m2 / kg, meeting the micro-nano level. When the water-cement ratio is 1. 0,the compressive strength at 6 hours is 6. 8 MPa,the bleeding rate is as low as 2. 8% ,and the initial setting time is 10 minutes. The results of coal grouting reinforcement sim- ulation show that the strength of coal samples subjected to grouting has been increased by 24. 4% . The results of field engineering application manifest that the pullout force of anchor bolts after being subjected to grouting has been in- creased by 2 times. These may be due to that the slurry fills coal cracks,enhancing the integrity of coal. In addition,it was observed by SEM that the slurry can pass through the 10 μm cracks,suggesting good permeability. Compared with traditional cement-based grouting materials,the micro-nano inorganic grouting materials have higher permeability and early strength. Compared with organic chemical grouting materials,the micro-nano inorganic grouting materials are non- combustible with much lower cost and better safety,due to their inorganic mineral components.
