Key technology research and demonstration of intelligent mines in Shenhua Group

  • After analyzed the connotation of Intelligent Mine,the author pointed out that Intelligent Mine is the recon- struction of service process based on Digital Mine and mineral internet of things ( IoT),which distills the perception data into decision-making wisdom and transforms wisdom into executive capabilities. The five-layer architecture of in- telligent mines was then proposed and its key technologies were also investigated,including ubiquitous perception tech- nology for three focus perceptions,“one net and one station” transmission technology for massive perception data,inte- grated software development for regional mine group,service process standardization for strategy implementation. This architecture and these technologies were beneficial to the intelligentization and integration of such aspects as percep- tion,transmission,and analysis and decision-making. Based on these research results,the author committed a demon- stration project of intelligent mines in Jinjie Coal Mine. Except for the typical information construction or reformation like IT infrastructures,automation subsystems,production monitoring systems and production executing systems,the au- thor paid more attention to the “ wisdom” and “ capability” platform of the architecture of intelligent mines,which mainly consisted of big data center and decision-making and analysis center. Our practices showed that intelligent mines can boost production efficiency and decrease operation cost sharply. To establish intelligent mines is a crucial initiative to foster the transformation and upgrading of coal mine group.
