Detection technology of Ground-Roadway DC resistivity method

Abstract
In terms of the deficiency of DC resistivity method regarding the detailed detection of hidden disaster sources in and around roadway and coal face,the authors combined the working characteristics of surface and mine DC resistiv- ity method and proposed a detection technology of Ground-Roadway DC resistivity method that the field source laid on ground and the receiving system on roadway. Based on the introduction of the basic principle of Ground-Roadway DC resistivity method and the principles of observing system design,the paper analyzed the distribution characteristics of the dipole source electric field and the normalized potential difference curves in different depths. The numerical model was established based on the geoelectric characteristics of geological structure in coal measure strata. The results show that the Ground-Roadway DC resistivity method has a higher detection accuracy in comparison with the ground and mine DC resistivity method,and the low resistivity anomalies has the most obvious prospecting effect;the method to quickly determine the spatial location of hidden disaster source was proposed by regulating dipole moment observing abnormal amplitude variation. Practical application demonstrates that the problem of omnidirectional detection for hid- den disaster sources around roadway and working face is solved effectively with Ground-Roadway DC resistivity meth- od;and the layout which separated the field source and the observation system has a widely application prospect in forecasting geological disasters in mine,traffic,water conservancy and other projects.
